There can be several reasons behind an invalid result:
- If the “invalid” state is displayed upon power up
This indicates that there is a Capsule inside the Circle HealthPod on power up. Remove and dispose the Capsules by following What is the disposal process?. Then start a new test.
- If the Circle HealthPod was opened during the “In Progress” Stage
This indicates that the lid was open during the testing process You might be able to reuse the capsules. Please refer to the article Can I reuse my Capsules? to check if your Capsule can be reused.
- Your sample in the Specimen Capsule is insufficient
This indicates that not enough samples were collected and the Circle HealthPod is unable to provide a valid result for this sample. Please refer to What do I need to be aware of before collecting my sample? to ensure you collect the sample correctly. Start a new test with a new Capsule.
