The HealthPod kits or standalone HealthPods purchased directly from us can be returned and refunded within 30 days after the original purchase date.
Replacement HealthPods can only be refunded and returned once within a year of the new warranty period.
We will only accept returns for HealthPods in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unopened, unused, unmarked, not defaced in any manner and accompanied by the relevant receipt or invoice. Please note we do not issue refunds for cash.
If you purchased your HealthPod through a third party distributor or retailer, please refer to their return and refund policy.
