Is there a warranty for my replaced Circle HealthPod?
- HealthPods replaced by Prenetics are entitled to an additional 1 year warranty period from the date you receive the shipping confirmation for the replacement HealthPod.
- You must register your HealthPod by filling out our Product Registration Form within 30 days of receiving the shipping confirmation for the replacement HealthPod to be eligible for warranty.
- Our warranty covers defects in material or workmanship of the Circle HealthPod.
- You can choose to receive a replacement HealthPod or a refund once we have verified your warranty claim of the replacement HealthPod. Each HealthPod can only be replaced once.
